Aadhaar designed for every 3rd Indian by 2014 Aadhaar then it is will possess a unique identification UID number by 2014, said Nandan  Nilekani, chairman of  UIDAI. The authority will double the number of Indians with a UID number to 400 millions by 2014, Nilekani said at a press conference on the second anniversary of Aadhaar,  government’s key unique identity project. UIDAI has set a target to enroll 600 millions people by next year 2014 is one of every two Indians, in India  already 240 million peoples are enrolled.
